Video: Brown Sugar: A Natural Alternative

Some friends went to dinner at home and when they finished eating, I offered them tea or coffee. The selection of both was brown. Then I asked them, "What sugar do you want? I have brunette, white or artificial sweetener”. As you will see in my house there is something for everyone.
Suddenly, my friend asks me, "brown sugar with coffee?" and her husband replies: "Sure, it's sugar for sugar!" The three of us looked at each other and laughed out loud.
However, take a few minutes to explain to my dear friend the following. According to some naturopaths, brown or black sugar [even in some countries is called brown sugar because of its color and few additives] is the most recommended, because it is in its most natural state and being less processed, it has more nutrients. Likewise, for naturopaths, the artificial sweetener is harmful to health, due to the type of ingredients used to achieve its manufacture. However, for many doctors, artificial sweeteners are a healthy alternative because you measure more precisely the amount of sugar you consume; especially for those diabetics or people with diabetic predisposition.
Furthermore, the dictionary of the Euro-residents portal establishes that the monetary, black or integral sugar (as you prefer to call it) is rich in carbohydrates and is a nutrient of vitamin B (B1 and B2) and A. In addition, due to its color it is said to contain fibers soluble that aid digestion. If you are going to start using it, consult your doctor.
