Video: Don't Jump To Conclusions

This little anecdote is not an urban legend. Claudia hoped to board a flight to London. Starving, she bought a package of cookies and sat at a table in the airport cafeteria to wait for boarding time. As the place was full, a young passenger sat at her table and, without much consideration, took a cookie from the package. Before Claudia's surprised eyes, he devoured her in two bites. Incredible! She thought indignantly. "She didn't even ask me! Is it that nobody has manners anymore?” Furious, but without saying a word, she took a cookie and ate it … surprised to see that the young man, with a smile, did the same. How cheeky, how fresh! He thought, as he took two cookies, leaving only one. Let's see what this insolent man is doing now, with the only cookie left …”, she thought angrily. The answer was immediate. The young man took the last cookie, cut it in half, and offered a part to her. Claudia tore it from her hand and with a dry and ironic "Thank you!" it went at full speed. Upon arriving at his plane, furious and hated by humanity, he opened his bag … and saw him little cookies, intact.
Moral: Before jumping to conclusions, getting mad, thinking badly of humanity and ruining your day, make sure you have all the information.
