When we are young we care little about the health of our hearts. It is not even an issue that we discuss with our healthcare provider or primary physician. But, it is time.
An investigation carried out by the Favaloro Foundation of Argentina and reviewed by NeoMundo reveals that “the first cause of death for humanity is heart attack or sudden death. These situations occur as a consequence of a disease that affects the arteries, particularly the so-called coronary arteries, which supply the heart tissue. This disease is known as atherosclerosis, a process of accumulation of fats (cholesterol) within cells that cluster in the walls of these vessels throughout life."
Since the 1950s it has been known that this condition appears in man. Even in the 70 young men they suffered from it. Therefore, we must be more careful with our hearts.
Specialists advise eating a balanced diet, low in fat and sodium, but high in fiber. Also, perform a 30-minute exercise routine at least three times a week to remove fat from the body. And drink plenty of water to keep the system hydrated. Any questions consult your doctor.
