“In Organic We Trust” is a revealing documentary about organic foods that is sure to make many change their way of thinking and their buying and eating philosophy. This work promises to show what is unknown, what nobody wants to say about this highly commercialized industry today and educate on the true importance of this movement.

Directed and produced by Pastor Kip, the story claims to transport us on a personal journey to answering the most frequently asked questions about organic food: What is organic? Is it really better or just a marketing invention? The film delves into organic producers, organic certifiers, scientists, and critics, who explore the content under the label and uncover the truth behind this immense commercialization. A balanced approach is needed to clear up misconceptions about organic food, as well as highlighting practical solutions that are transforming the way they grow and eat.

The President of the California State Board of Food and Agriculture participates in this work; Dr. Marion Nestle, professor in the Nutrition Department of Food Studies at New York University; Robert Surles, 'Chef Bobo', the executive chef at Calhoun School; Bernadine Prince, Co-founder and Co-Director of FreshFarm Markets and Alberto González, President / CEO of Gustorganics, among others.
