Many times we avoid certain foods because they get fat, because they make us look bloated or because they raise our cholesterol. Or we make changes to our diet to reduce the risks of hypertension or heart disease. But do we ever think about foods that are harmful to our brain ? As consumers we must be aware of the importance of choosing healthy and nutritious meals that contribute to our general well-being, including our brain.
