Video: What Does Your Posture Say About You When Sleeping
At bedtime each person uses a different posture, for comfort and also on many occasions depending on the time and mood. Our sleeping posture says much more than we think of ourselves. Just as each of us likes a certain mattress or a certain pillow, the same is true of postures. We can distinguish several based on different studies consulted:
1- Fetal position: It adopts this name because it is the position of babies when they are in the mother's womb. This is the posture most used by most people. Shrinking to sleep tends to relate to more sensitive people and sometimes to more lasting relationships. Loving people, but sometimes with many fears in case they hurt them.
2- Trunk: It is not one of the most used postures, but it is typical of trusting and outgoing people.
3- Speaker: Posture chosen by people who are usually suspicious, but friendly at the same time. Very stubborn. Few things will make them change their minds.
4- Soldier: This is when you sleep on your back and your arms are stretched out close to your body, while your chin faces the ceiling. These people are characterized by being quite reserved and with very high and complicated goals in their lives. We are talking about very loyal people who love their loved ones.
5- Face down: It is another of the postures most used by the vast majority of people. The posture is face down and the head is cocked. In this case we are talking about very intense people, but at the same time very sensitive. Lovers of freedom, they cannot bear criticism and they don't like taking orders.

6- Starfish: People who usually sleep on their backs with outstretched arms are very good friends and are always willing to help others. They like the figure of leader and that is why they love it when they are the center of attention, be it at a work meeting or at a family gathering.
