I will put myself in your shoes because I suffer from cellulite just like you. I accept it and I'm not sorry because it is more than evident! The area where the hated orange peel is most present is in my legs. In the buttocks it is a little less, but it is still uncomfortable.

Some of the reasons that promote its appearance are: inadequate diet, excessive consumption of salt at meals, poor blood circulation, alcohol and tobacco consumption, use of high-heeled shoes and tight clothing, as well as hormonal factors.

The fight is every day, that's why I adopted some habits to eliminate it from my body at any cost. Which are?

-Make five meals during the day.

-Don't stop exercising. Swimming, running or dancing are excellent exercises to tone and eliminate fat.

-Consume at least two liters of water a day.

-And of course, during my days there is no shortage of this 15-minute routine to say "bye, bye …" to the cellulite that appears on the legs and bottoms. It is super effective!
