Video: How To Prepare And Learn How To Fight The Coronavirus, By Dr. Daniel Linares

Everyone is now running to the shops and especially buying toilet paper. For what? They don't need to buy as much toilet paper! They know that a pack of 12 rolls of toilet paper lasts an average of two and a half months per family
I am going to tell you the things you can really do to try to fight the coronavirus:
Do the masks help fight the coronavirus? Not! When should a mask be used? When you are already infected, to avoid passing it on to other people. If you have symptoms or have coronavirus you should use the masks to avoid spreading it to others.
- Hand sanitizer. Can be used, yes, and does it help? Yes, but many do not do it correctly. Studies have been done showing that people disinfect their hands, but forget about the fingertips that carry a lot of bacteria. It is very important that when you use the hand sanitizer, you start first by disinfecting your fingertips.
- Gloves. These can help, especially when they are in public areas because everyone knocks on the doors, the bathroom, a lot of things, and so they pick up a lot of germs. So I do recommend that you wear gloves when you are away, but don't forget to take them off before entering your home.
- Water. Minimal dehydration is said to lower your immune system, so stay well hydrated and have a strong immune system.
- Vitamin C. Another thing we can do is take vitamin C, but start now, not when you are already sick. How much should you take? It is recommended to take 6 to 8 grams a day. Most store-bought vitamin C has 1000 mg, which is 1 gram, so take 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 at night. That gives you 6 grams, but start it now.
Take precautions to stay healthy during this difficult period, and remember to stay home.
