With this situation that we have experienced with the coronavirus, we are finally beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. So now more than ever we must continue to practice the preventive measures that we all know. So I want to leave you with my 10 commandments against the coronavirus:
Will not keep dirty hands: rule number 1, wash your hands at least 20 seconds after any activity with potential danger of contaminating them
You will not get close to your neighbor: always keep 6 feet away from others when you are in public
You will not do activities in groups: you should not practice any type of group activity unless it is with your immediate family
It will honor its elders: protection measures are extremely important to safeguard the elderly population, which is the most vulnerable
It will not come out without a mouth cover: always when in public they must use their mouth cover not so much for their protection, but for protection to others
If you get sick you will call your doctor: do not go to the clinic or the emergency room unless you are seriously ill. Curiosity should never be more important than your health
You will take quarantine seriously: if you have been exposed take quarantine seriously, for NOT less than 14 days
You will not forget your phone: disinfect your phone after going out to the public. Can you believe that a cell phone carries more germs than a public toilet seat?
You will not see news for more than an hour a day, it will only increase stress levels which are already at maximum levels due to this pandemic
And above all you will not lose faith … Remember, keep protective measures, stay healthy
