If there is a word that could define the spirit of the BCBGMAXAZRIA spring collection it would be "serenity" or as the English word "effortless" would define it. This season, Max and Lubov Azria created a collection of beautiful simplicity or, as some would call it, of “functional minimalism”. Silk dresses and light and fluid jumpsuits, white, gray colors, neutral tones, and a touch of vibrant color were seen from time to time.

The makeup complemented the fresh and natural air of the garments. "The look was a makeup that looked like it wasn't there, a natural one but with character, personified by soft and neutral tones, without mascara," said Charlotte Willer, global makeup artist for Maybelline New York, who led the creative team.. Here are the steps to create the look:

-Put Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation over the entire face, as if it were a moisturizer, to achieve a finish that has a natural luminosity (and does not show pores).

- Without the use of mascara, the eyebrows become the focal point that will give definition in the area around the eyes. Use the Define-A-Brow Eyebrow Pencil to give them a soft and natural look.

- Charlotte applied the golden color of the Eye Studio Color Plush Silk Eyeshadow eyeshadow compact, in Green with Envy, all over the eye to create a subtly muted effect.

-On the lips, put on a coat of Color Sensational Lipstain glitter, in In the Buff, to give them a discreet shine.
