Hello 2016! Here in the magazine we welcome you with open arms and hearts. Everyone will agree that as the end of the year approaches, we reflect on everything we have experienced and it is the perfect time to set new goals and purposes. Usually, this list is full of challenges that are normally difficult to achieve and experiences and dreams that you want to fulfill. Exercise - I dare guess that eating healthy and being fit comes first on almost every list. If you dare to do more exercises, something that will give you an incentive is to buy new clothes and sports shoes to do gymnastics and the good thing is that you do not have to spend a fortune.
