However, specialists agree that, unless you have back problems, these types of girdles have few benefits. Caffeine, green tea, algae and shea butter are some of the compounds that are included in the fabrics of these clothes that promise to contribute to burning fat, improve circulation and nourish the skin. However, it is not scientifically proven that wearing such garments actually helps you lose weight. What can happen is that your skin looks soft since rubbing your skin with the garment releases the aforementioned ingredients, serving as a mini repair massage.
In conclusion: we can say that some of these garments can improve the appearance of your skin, but they are not miraculous nor will they burn fat. Better, try to eat healthier and stay active so you see positive changes in your body.
